The Apprentice Instructor role presents an incredible opportunity for individuals with talent and a passion for glass education. Even with limited or no teaching experience, this role offers hands-on practice and training, which is essential in becoming a successful full-time instructor.
As an Apprentice Instructor, you will work alongside experienced professionals, co-teach, and provide assistance in courses covering a range of topics. You will have the chance to learn from the best while gaining the experience and support necessary to develop your teaching skills.
Your duties as an Apprentice Instructor will include developing curriculum and programs, assisting instructors, and demonstrating skills to students. You will also be responsible for ensuring a safe and positive learning environment while enforcing classroom or workplace rules and safety procedures. With the opportunity to represent Kaizen Glass Solutions at public events and support students throughout their enrollment process, this role provides a fulfilling and rewarding experience for those who are passionate about glass education.
Requirements
• Prior experience working in a technical or automotive field is optional but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude
• Desire to keep learning
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift a min. of 50 lbs.
