Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Product Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, with no fees.

  • After the 24-hour grace period, orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Approved cancellations may be subject to a 5% transaction/processing fee.

  • Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow our Return & Refund Policy below..

  • To request a cancellation, please email info@kaizenglasssolutions.com immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests after the grace period.


Product Return / Refund Policy

  • All returns require prior authorization (RMA#) and must be requested by emailing info@kaizenglasssolutions.com with your order number and details of the Item you wish to return.

  • All returned items are subject to inspection and approval; refunds are not guaranteed. Items must meet condition requirements to qualify, and if a return is deemed ineligible, the item may be returned to you at your expense.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. (minus any transaction or shipping fees)

  • Defective items may be replaced, substituted, or refunded at our discretion.

  • Calibration systems and related accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

New, Unused, Unopened Items

  • 0–15 Days: Full refund, minus shipping and transaction fees

  • 15–25 Days: Refund minus 25% restocking fee, plus shipping and transaction fees

  • 30–45 Days: Refund minus 50% restocking fee, plus shipping and transaction fees

  • After 45 Days: No refunds


Gently Used Items

  • 1–15 Days: Refund minus 40% restocking fee, plus shipping and transaction fees

  • 15–30 Days: Refund minus 50% restocking fee, plus shipping and transaction fees

  • After 30 Days: No refunds


If you are returning a product due to a defect, you may have the option of having the item replaced, substituted, or refunded.

Please note that our refund and return policy does not apply to calibration systems or accessories. No refunds or returns are allowed for calibration system purchases.
