Product Refund / Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Kaizen Glass Solutions.


If you need to return an unopened item, we accept returns within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, minus any original shipping or transaction fees.


If you initiate a return between 15-45 days after receiving the product and it is still in new and undamaged condition, you can receive a 50% refund, original minus shipping and transaction fees.


However, if the product is damaged or you initiate the return after 45 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.


To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us at info@kaizenglasssolutions.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. After receiving your request, we will issue an RMA# for you to return the item.


Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process your refund. To be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping and transaction fees, the product must be in the same condition as you received it and undamaged. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used during the purchase.


Please note that the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to show up on your credit card statement.


If you are returning a product due to a defect, you may have the option of having the item replaced, substituted, or refunded.

Please note that our refund and return policy does not apply to calibration systems or accessories. No refunds or returns are allowed for calibration system purchases.
