ONSITE Training Course Cancellation Policy

If you have scheduled an onsite training program with Kaizen Glass Solutions but need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to the attendees, please read the policies below.


Cancellation Policy:

To cancel a student enrollment, please send a written request via email (contact information provided below).


For a full refund, cancellations must be received 21 business days in advance of the training start date (minus any transaction fees).


Cancellations received 14 business days before the training start date are eligible for a 50% refund (minus any transaction fees).


Cancellations received less than 7 business days before the training start date are not eligible for a refund due to the customization involved in our training programs and scheduling limitations. However, if Kaizen Glass Solutions cancels the training event, you will receive a full refund.


Please note that Instructor(s) travel fees are non-refundable and student tool supply orders will follow the product refund/return policy. When a refund is issued, the transaction fees will be deducted before the amount is returned to you.


Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to reschedule your training event, please send a written request via email (contact information provided below).


Please be advised that instructor (s) travel change fees may apply.


Registration credit to reschedule to a future training date is valid for 12 months from the original registration date. There is no rescheduling fee for requests made up to 21 business days before the training start date.


For rescheduling requests made up to 14 business days prior to the training start date, a fee of $1400 plus transaction fees will be charged.


If Kaizen Glass Solutions reschedules a program, a transfer can be made for future training date with no fee.


Changes to Student Class Size Policy &/or Student Substitutions:

To make changes to the student class size, please send a written request via email (contact information provided below).


The minimum onsite training class size is 5 students, and the maximum is 20. You may add or reduce the class size as long as it abides by the minimum and maximum policy.


To add students, enrollments, registration, and tool supply orders must be complete 14 days before the training date.


To reduce the amount of students, please see the cancellation policy section.


Substitution of students may be made for no fee by providing the current registrant's and substitute's name. However, substitutions cannot be made after the training has started.

Health and Safety Cancellation Policy

Onsite training will be conducted in accordance with host's states latest health and safety guidelines. If the training cannot be held in person, it will be postponed or, if possible, held online. Participants can choose to transfer the registration or cancel the registration for a refund by following Kaizen Glass Solutions' cancellation and transfer policy.
