Vehicle Volunteer Policy - Auto Glass Course

Our company offers a Vehicle Volunteer program that enables us to train our auto glass students and provide you with a high-quality replacement. By doing this, we ensure that our future professionals have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the field. Our students receive hands-on experience through our program, making use of current cars for practice and actual customer interaction helps gain real-life experience before graduating from our Auto Glass Training Course.

Our course uses only the highest quality curriculum, procedures, materials, and instructions. We have expert instructors and valued partners who help us maintain the highest standards.

If you volunteer your vehicle, you acknowledge that the replacement of your auto glass is an educational exercise that is part of this supervised course. We require your vehicle for the full day, and it must be dropped off before 8 am on the reserved day.

Before we begin to remove your windshield, we conduct a thorough inspection, complete with written and photographic documentation.

Please be advised that your participation in this training is voluntary and no financial compensation will be provided to you. In exchange for the use of your vehicle during our training, we will provide you with a new and appropriately installed windshield. You will be responsible for the cost of the windshield, which may vary depending on the make, model, and options of your vehicle.

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of $200, which will be credited to the cost of your windshield. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the quote. All other materials, calibration (if applicable), and labor will be provided to you at no cost. If you fail to pay the quoted amount within 48 hours, your deposit will be refunded, and your reservation will be canceled. This will make the slot available for another volunteer to book.

Please be aware that Kaizen Glass Solutions will not be held responsible for any repairs of pre-existing damage or correcting underlying conditions that become apparent when we replace your glass. By reserving your vehicle to have its windshield replaced, you hereby release Kaizen Glass Solutions, its vendors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the training from liability for any claims by you or any third-party in connection with your participation. If a minor incident occurs, we will present the area in question after the installation. If we deem an incident to be significant, we will work with you to correct any problems. We reserve the right to select a repair facility if needed.
